In the thirties, Germany follows its Führer, Adolf Hitler, with great enthusiasm. The teams of Mercedes and Auto Union continue to restore their national pride by winning several Grand Prix so most people turn a deaf ear to disturbing news. After all, don't they say: “lightning doesn’t strike every time it thunders”?
Grand Prix #3 - Goodbye (2012) (Sosich & Alice)
The summer of year 1939 was exceptional. On 3 September, two days after the German invasion of Poland, the last “pre-war” Grand Prix is held in Belgrade.
