Spooks College focuses on the young ghost Sebastian who is a on mission to become the scariest ghost in the history of Spooks College. However Sebastian isn't a scary ghost and he goes on a journey where he finds his first friend, Jill, who is a human. Together bother of them break all the rules to ensure their friendship survives the test of time.
